Ingredients:
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 1/2 cup chopped almonds
• 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
• 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
• 1/2 cup dried raisins
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/4 cup coconut oil or unsalted butter, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch of salt
Preparation Method:
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch
baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, dried raisins, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Add wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, melted coconut oil (or butter), and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Press into the pan: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan. Press down firmly to compact the mixture into an even layer.
Bake: Place in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
Cool and slice: Let the granola slab cool completely in the pan before cutting it into bars or squares.
