SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Schedule:
- Fresh produce is shipped weekly.
- Grocery items are shipped monthly.
- Smart Food Gardens are shipped within 7 to 10 business
days.
Delivery Area:
We offer international shipping. Please check our
website to confirm if delivery is available to your specific location.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the
delivery address and will be displayed at checkout.
Return Eligibility:
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh
produce and grocery items, returns are generally not accepted.
Similarly, returns for Smart Gardens are not accepted once they
have been used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or
incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will
evaluate the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, primarily issued
when a replacement cannot be provided.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to the
preparation and scheduling involved.
